Mr. Hall is a commercial real estate agent and land developer based in Savannah. His experience in the local market over the last 30 years gives him a unique level of expertise and knowledge. Mr. Hall’s approach to real estate is relationship based. Throughout his career he has developed connections with community and municipal leaders which he harnesses for the benefit of his clients.
Experience and Accomplishments
Mr. Hall comes from a family of land developers and dirt movers. He has been in land development and real estate in Savannah for over three decades and has successfully developed two large-scale golf course communities in our market. He worked with nationally renowned golf course architects: Rees Jones in Southbridge and Bob Cupp on Westbrook. He also partnered with Greg Norman on Savannah Quarters — a 1600 acre mixed use community, which is a legacy accomplishment. Mr. Hall was also a founding partner in Marabou a ranch preservation community in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Mr. Hall served as the National Director of the Central India Christian Mission (CICM) for 4 years. In this role he established strategic relationships nationally for the group. During his involvement Mr. Hall increased revenue in support of constructing schools, churches, and medical facilities in Central and Northeast India.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Hall graduated from the Honors College of the University of South Carolina in Columbia. He is a member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, Urban Land Institute, and the local Board of Realtors.
Mr. Hall is married to his wife Jena and they have four children – Baldwin (29), Connor (25), Evan (18) and Ava (17). He and his family are members of the Community Bible Church and enjoy participating in their youth mentoring program.
